With Era Alaska’s FlyAway Rewards Program, you can earn Free Travel Fast!

It’s easy. You’ll earn 10 FlyAway Rewards points for every Era Alaska flight segment flown.  You can earn a free one-way trip for as few as 50 points! Plus, earn an additional 2 point bonus per segment (does not apply to commuter coupons) on top of your 10 when you book your reservations online at www.flyera.com! Fly more than 30 segments a year? More perks are avaiable! Please note, your FlyAway Rewards or Alaska Airlines mileage number must be presented each time you fly for your account to be credited the appropriate points or mileage. (Please note that FlyAway Rewards tickets incur a fuel surcharge plus segment fees per segment OR is Free when booked online at flyera.com via your profile.) Points take approximately 3-4 business days to post into your account.

Award Levels - Travel Round-Trip OR One-Way!

  • Basic Round-Trip Travel = 100 points. These seats are available on many flights in all of the markets we serve and is based on availability and space is limited.
  • Basic One-Way Travel = 50 points. These seats are available on many flights in all of the markets we serve and is based on availability and space is limited.
  • Anytime Round-Trip Travel = 200 points. Any seat, any flight, any time as long as a seat is available! No restrictions.
  • Anytime One-Way Travel = 100 points. Any seat, any flight, any time as long as a seat is available! No restrictions.

Elite Status Qualification and Perks - NEW!

Do you fly more than 30 segments with Era Alaska in a calendar year? If so, we have great news! With FlyAway Silver or FlyAway Gold Membership, you will receive even more points per segment flown as well as other great benefits!

FlyAway Silver Status

  • Takes 30 paid segments to qualify
  • 12 points earned per segment flown

FlyAway Gold Status

  • Takes 60 paid segments to qualify

  • All change fees waived
  • All fees waived to refund refundable tickets

To qualify, a member must fly at least 30 or 60 segments between January 1st and December 31st of the qualifying calendar year. If the member qualifies they will retain their status until the end of the next calendar year. Only paid full fare tickets will qualify toward elite status. Free, mileage, or points tickets do not qualify.

Changes, Refunds, and Point Transfers

If you find that you are unable to take your trip, we are happy to refund completely unused (deducted) points and put them back into your account for you. Does a family member or friend need some extra points? No problem! We can also transfer any value of points between member accounts for you. All reservation changes, point refunds, or point transfers incur a $50.00 service fee per transaction type through our reservations office. Please note that partially used award tickets are not refundable.

Missing Credit?

We're happy to give you past credit. Please note that to request credit your mileage account must have been open at the time of travel. Click here to request past credit. Please note that it can take up to 14 days to receive credit after you make your request.

Please note that excessive requests to add missing credit (failure to provide mileage number each trip) will result in a $10.00 research fee per leg of credit missing.

It generally will take 3-4 business days for credit to show in your Era Alaska account after you've taken your flight. For Alaska Airlines credit, it generally takes 2-3 weeks to show in your account after flying. (Mileage is not available immediately for usage after flying)

FlyAway Rewards or Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Miles?

Customers can choose either Era’s FlyAway Rewards points or Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles. Alaska Airlines credit is not available between Anchorage and the following cities: Barrow, Bethel, Deadhorse, and Fairbanks. Also mileage is not earned between Fairbanks and Barrow, Deadhorse, Kotzebue, or Nome, as well as between Barrow and Deadhorse. Credit is available for all cities in the FlyAway Rewards program. Credit for flights is given to one program only. Pooling is not available and credit is not available for any chartered flights.
